How to Screenshot on Mac ?
On a Mac, you have several ways to take a screenshot depending on what you want to capture: 1. Entire Screen Press Command + Shift + 3 The screenshot will be saved as a file on your Desktop by default. If you hold Control as well ( Command + Shift + Control + 3 ), the screenshot will be copied to your clipboard instead of saved. 2. Selected Portion of the Screen Press Command + Shift + 4 Your cursor changes to a crosshair. Click and drag to select the area you want to capture. Release the mouse/trackpad to take the shot.
